Would they have been tracked down and arrested?

they would only track them down if they were a suspect in the murder, some people actually may have abilities like that.
it depends who that person is. It’s pretty likely that somebody, somewhere, has said that Michael Jackson is going to die, for no good reason at all. But if that person is someone who is close to him, one of his friends or relatives or doctors, then it would definitely be investigated.
If you asked everybody in the US, probably somebody did. Probably somebody predicts everything that happens. Where you have 300 million opinions, somebody’s got to get it right.
