What would have happened if Michael Jackson had survived his overdose? Would he lose his kids and would he go to jail this time, sort of like a third strike????? Would the doctor go to jail too? If Michael had lived, would people see him the way they see him now?

   why would he go to jail? he overdosed on painkillers not illegal drugs.. no reason to get into any serious trouble. the worst that would happen is the cancellation of his tour / rehab.

   I doubt if he would have gone to jail but he probably would have lost his kids for sure..

   no, he’s been doing these types of drugs for years, I am sure he has overdosed on the pills in the past.

   wth michael wouldnt go to jail he was not taking anything illegal!!!

   Child services would have gotten involved they were waiting
   for him to mess up.

   i don’t think that he would have gone to jail he more likely had to get help or some kind of therapy to stop using drugs i think that people would have seen him like before say things to him like they always have had

   I guess he would have survived as his kids are his greatest strength and inspiration. People still respect him. As a king of pop, i gave him a tribute by making a medley of songs.

   Nah, he wouldn’t of. They would’ve just revived him and that would be that. You don’t go to jail for accidentally overdosing on painkillers, and I’m sure he wouldn’t of lost his kids.
