I was a kinda sad for about three seconds, but Farrah’s death got me the most, and you don’t see her everywhere like Michael Jackson. Its sad he died but it seems like he got more publicity when he died then when he was alive. I’m just annoyed with it now.

Yeah there’s probably a lot of people who dont care that MJ died because the media blew up the story about the child molestation (which I dont believe happened) and everyone that heard about it believed it. It ruined his career which is sad.

Thats the world we live in…events and even humans tend to be more appreciated in retrospect.

    RIP Michael

You have No clue!! This is history right here baby!!
Farrah Fawcett is an EXPECTED DEATH but for Michael Jackson alot of people were looking forward to his return to the stage this summer.

People all around the world knew who MJ was but if you ask many they’ll say who the hell was Farrah Fawcett? It’s not even close.

    MJ was huge baby!!

nobody gets a tribute to their name until they die. when luther vandross, gerald levert and so many other great old skool singers died that is the time when they get the honor and the true respect that they deserved throughout their career. thats just this world for you.

I liked Farrah Fawcett but I knew she had been ill and the emotions have been consitantly running through me about a beauty icon like her dying too soon.

Michael Jackson was a total shock! Nobody expected he would die and only 50, people are shocked. He reached a level of popularity in music that very few have ever done (Like Elvis & The Beatles). Like when Elvis and Lennon died, you will see his popularity rise like never before now. His Thriller album will be number one on the charts this week and all his poplar CDs will be in the top 10. He will finally get his comeback that he probably would have dreamed of having while he was still alive!

I have never heard of Farrah until yesterday on the news. Michael Jackson is/was awesome!
    R.I.P

Everyone was expecting Farrah’s death. It was sad, yes! She was very talented and freaking beautiful! But she was in so much pain. It was sad what happened to her but at the same time, it was almost like a relief because she’s finally free and not in that pain anymore.

Michael Jackson was unexpected and totally shocked everyone. It’s not like he had been battling a horrible cancer for 3 years. His health was the not greatest, but this is the last thing people were expecting.

Nobody is trying to take away what happened to Farrah. America is just in shock

-Michael Jackson is (was) the King of Pop and Farrah was a *** symbol
-Michael Jackson was known for his singing and surgeries. Farrah was known as I said a *** symbol
-Michael Jackson’s death is unknown but Farrah’s was cancer
-Michael Jackson is more famous than Farrah

I’m sick and tired of hearing stuff about Michael Jackson’s death on MTV. I know its sad but I just wanna watch tv.

We should all be happy for Michael now that he has died. He had a tortured mind, and a tortured body. May his soul rest in peace. Amen.

Farrahs last request before she died was
that she doesnt want her death to get
    any publicity… so what happened?
michael jackson died the same day.
she got her wish… so you should be happy about that.
but michael jackson is a legend, and he will remain
    one forever.

Its just something you are going to have to deal with. The coverage is not going away anytime soon.

Its horrible that the died on the same day because Michael Jackson is for sure overshadowing her death. I think one of the main reasons it is not getting as much coverage is due to the fact that the media has been anticipating her death for the past few months compared to Jackson’s unexpected death.

Michael will be missed. Here are some tributes and memories:

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Im still upset by his death. His music inspired me and he was an awesome singer and dancer. He may have been weird at sometimes. But I know from reading about him, he was a great guy. Also, MJ was supposed to make a comeback in July with “This Is It”. The tickets were sold out very shortly after they went on sale. We were all waiting for the “Final Curtain” To be honest w/ you, i told my mom MJ died cause she was at work and she was shocked and then told me Farrah Whatever died. I have no clue who she is but i definitely know who Michael Jackson is. King of Pop, Jack, Wacko Jacko. Michael Jackson. Long live his music. R.I.P Michael. We miss you.
