Its obvious Michael is not the biological father. If Rowe decides to seek custody can the estate say the kids are not his. That he was duped into believing the kids were his. The first step in child support is determining paternity of the child in question.

Can the estate of Michael Jackson just say the kids are not his?
Basically, deny the kids any money because they are not his kids to begin with. So Rowe can get custody then needs to find the real father and ask him for child support.
